My Account

Our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles underpins how we operate as a responsible and forward-thinking business.

This page outlines our approach to sustainability, ethical governance and social responsibility, including the actions we are taking to reduce our environmental impact and support our people and communities.

As part of this commitment, we publish our Carbon Reduction Plan to provide transparency for clients, partners and stakeholders, and to support tender and procurement requirements where evidence of environmental responsibility is essential. We recognise that ESG is an ongoing journey, and we are committed to continuous improvement, accountability and measurable progress.

Environment – Our Approach to Sustainability

At Tudor Environmental, we recognise that environmental responsibility is central to our operations. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and supporting sustainable practices across our business, supply chain, and the communities in which we operate.

Carbon Reduction Plan

Our Carbon Reduction Plan reflects our dedication to achieving measurable reductions in greenhouse gas emissions in line with the UK Net Zero 2050 targets and PAS 2060 standards. The plan covers all aspects of our operations, from energy use and logistics to supply chain practices and employee engagement.

Social – Supporting Our People and Communities

At Tudor Environmental, we recognise that our people and the communities we serve are at the heart of our business. We are committed to creating a positive working environment, supporting employee well-being, and giving back through charitable initiatives.

Our Commitment to Employees

We prioritise the well-being of our staff by offering competitive wages well above the minimum and supporting them through personal and professional challenges. In 2026, we are introducing a new Employee of the Month program, based on an internal nomination system, to recognise and celebrate the contributions of our team every month.

Charitable Giving

Tudor actively supports charitable organisations throughout the year. In 2026, we are splitting our charitable activities into quarterly campaigns to maximise our impact:

  • Q1: Keep Britain Tidy – supporting national environmental clean-up initiatives (find out more here)

  • Q2: Warwickshire Wildlife Trust – helping protect local wildlife and habitats

  • Q3: Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance – providing life-saving support to communities

  • Q4: Help for Heroes – supporting injured service personnel and their families

Through these initiatives, we aim to foster a strong, engaged workforce while making a meaningful contribution to the communities around us.
