Delivery information
Mainland UK addresses:
- Standard Delivery:
Free of charge on all orders over £75.00 + VAT. A delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT applies to orders under £75.00 + VAT. *Excluding ‘Bulky Items’. - Next Day Delivery:
Order by 5pm on weekdays for standard next-working-day delivery (Monday – Friday, between 8am and 6pm).
Geographic restrictions apply. Lead times on Direct Delivery items or those not currently in stock may vary. Please note, deliveries are dependent on third-party carrier networks and may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Timed Delivery Options:
- AM Delivery – £15.00 + VAT
Order by 5pm weekdays for next working day delivery by 12pm. Orders placed after this will arrive the following working day. Geographic restrictions apply. Direct Delivery items excluded. - Pre 10:30am Delivery – £25.00 + VAT
Order by 5pm weekdays for next working day delivery by 10:30am. Orders placed after this will arrive the following working day. Geographic restrictions apply. Direct Delivery items excluded.
Bulky Items
Carriage on bulky items (for example – bagged products, barrows, and tree stakes) will incur an additional charge, depending on the delivery location and quantity ordered. **
Please contact us with your delivery postcode and the quantity required – we’ll gladly provide a quotation including carriage.
**The cost is based on pallet quantities, so combining or bulking up orders can help reduce overall carriage charges.
Further Afield:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands – Delivery charged at cost (price on application).
Exceptions apply to: - Products marked ‘plus carriage’ – often sent direct from the manufacturer.
- Non-catalogue items, including machinery spares.

Direct Delivery Items
- Some products are sent directly from our approved suppliers rather than our warehouse.
- Lead times vary depending on the item, manufacturer, and supplier stock levels.

- A collection charge and re-stocking fee will apply should you wish to return items for any other reason than fault or damage.
Returns Policy
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Must be reported within 3 working days. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and at our expense. - Stock Items (Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted):
Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement. In most cases, we can accept stock items back for full credit, provided they are returned in a fully re-saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
If we arrange collection, a modest return carriage fee will be deducted from the credited amount. - Direct Delivery Items:
A collection charge and re-stocking fee will apply should you wish to return items for any other reason than fault or damage. - Non-Stock or Special Order Items / Machinery Spares:
These items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please check specifications carefully before placing an order.
