Delivery information

Mainland UK addresses:

• Free of charge standard delivery on all orders* for trade customers only.  

Order by 5pm weekdays for standard next-day delivery (deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm).  Geographic restrictions apply.  Lead times on Direct Delivery Items or items not currently in stock will vary from this.  As we are dependent on carrier networks, deliveries occasionally may incur delays which are out of our control.

• AM Delivery £15.00 +VAT*

Order by 5pm weekdays for next working day delivery by 10:30am. Orders placed after this will arrive the following working day. Geographic restrictions apply. Direct Delivery items not included.

• Pre 10.30 Delivery £25.00 + VAT*

Order by 5pm weekdays for next working day delivery by 12pm. Orders placed after this will arrive the following working day. Geographic restrictions apply. Direct Delivery items not included.

Further afield:

• Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe - Delivery charge extra at cost - p.o.a.

* With the exception of:

• Products marked ‘plus carriage’.  These items are often delivered direct from the manufacturers. 
• Non-Catalogue items, including machinery spares.

Returns Policy

• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items must be notified to ourselves within 3 working days and we will be glad to quickly help resolve the problem at our expense. 

• Stock items needing to be returned due to their being incorrectly ordered or unwanted:
• This can only be by prior arrangement. In general we will often be able to accept ‘stock’ items back for full credit once they are returned to us with all product packaging intact in a fully re-saleable condition. If we have to arrange the collection, a modest return-carriage cost will need to be deducted from the credited amount. 

• Non-stock or special order items and machinery spares:
• Unless these are faulty or incorrectly supplied, they cannot be returned. Please ensure all specifications are checked carefully before placing any order.
